The Associate is the core foundation of any project team, responsible for all of the data gathering and synthesis that will be the building blocks of engagement insights, findings and conclusions.

Specific Associate tasks include industry and company research, market profiling, competitive analysis, research and review of clinical journals/data, financial modeling, industry expert (e.g., physicians, researchers, etc.) interviews and management of internal/external information resources.

Associate Recruiting:

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS/MPA/MPH degree in Economics, Finance, or Life Science with experience (1-2 years) in the healthcare (payer, provider, pharmaceutical/supplier) and/or management consulting industries. PhD candidates who have gained exposure to consulting through project work on or off campus may also be considered. The ability to work effectively (both independently and in group settings), to identify what is important versus what is not for a given engagement, to critically evaluate data points and sources, and to develop robust data driven conclusions are requisite skill sets. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is highly desired.
