They are also responsible for communicating these hypotheses/findings/recommendations both internally and in the client setting. Specific responsibilities include guiding associates and analysts in the collection of data via primary and secondary research, conducting primary research with opinion leaders, crafting research instruments, applying strategic frameworks in a range of disciplines (corporate strategy, technology assessment, business development, marketing, R&D portfolio planning, etc.), formulating findings and recommendations, and crystallizing insights into PowerPoint presentations.

Consultant Recruiting:

The candidate should be completing a top-tier MBA program with at least 3-4 years of work experience in healthcare (payer, provider, pharmaceutical/supplier), management consulting or related industries. Non-MBA candidates with significant, relevant work experience and skill sets similar to an MBA graduate may also be considered.  The candidate must demonstrate highly refined analytic, strategic, financial and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively, both independently and in group settings, to develop creative strategic insights and solutions.
