Each year, a select group of individuals between their 1st and 2nd year MBA programs have been invited to join the firm for 10-12 weeks.

Interns should expect to be true contributing members of the Frankel Group Consultant class, and will be assigned project responsibilities just as full time Consultants are.

Intern Recruiting:

The ideal candidate is between the 1st and 2nd year of a top tier MBA program and holds a BA/BS/PhD degree in Economics, Finance, or Life Science with experience (1-2 years) in the healthcare (payer, provider, pharmaceutical/supplier) and/or management consulting industries.
